Who is qualified to get the expense on basic items of family planning technical service paid by government shall pay the charge at his own cost first, and then apply for reimbursement according to the regulations:

1) As to who is married and is with the registered permanent residence of Shanghai, if the registered permanent residence is under the charge of town (county) government, he shall handle the reimbursement procedures in the population and family planning administration of town (county) government in charge of his registered permanent residence; if the registered permanent residence is under the charge of street office, he shall handle the reimbursement procedures in the district (county) population and family planning administration in charge of his registered permanent residence;

2) As to who is married and without the registered permanent residence of Shanghai, if his current residential address is under the charge of town (county) government, he shall handle the reimbursement procedures in the population and family planning administration of town (county) government in charge of his current residential address; if his current residential address is under the charge of street office, he shall handle the reimbursement procedures in the district (county) population and family planning administration in charge of his current residential address. The current residential address of who is without the registered permanent residence of Shanghai shall be fixed in compliance with the address contained in his "Shanghai Residence Certificate" or "Shanghai Temporary Residence Certificate of Immigrant Population".
