2) Who is married and is with the registered permanent residence of other province or municipality, but has stayed for more than 6 months in Shanghai and has participated in Shanghai Comprehensive Insurance Program for Immigrant Employee;

3) Who is married and has got "Shanghai Residence Certificate" according to "Shanghai Interim Provisions of Implementing 'Shanghai Residence Certificate' System to Talent Introduction";

4) Who is with the registered permanent residence of other province or municipality, but has stayed for more than 6 months in Shanghai and has married someone with the registered permanent residence of Shanghai (including the blue-seal version).
