1) The service institution shall publicize who is subject to charge-free service, the items coverage and the charge standard according to the rules, and provide technical service on basic items of family planning;

2) The service institution shall compensate any government or citizen financial loss caused by it according to the laws. If the loss is serious, the business certificate or contract service qualification of this institution shall be cancelled.
