Application procedure: Application for transfer by the student or his/her parents.
Transaction procedure: 1. The student and his/her parents submit the application for transfer for the examination and approval by the department in charge.
①As for the transfer within the same system in Shanghai, with the consent of the target school, the department in charge will approve the transfer and issue the certification of transfer.
②If the transfer is between different systems, with the consent of the target school and the department in charge, submit the application to municipal labor administration department for the certification of transfer.
③Application for the transfer to any ohter city in other province, with the consent of the target school and the local education or labor administration department, submit the application to municipal labor administration department for the certification of transfer.
2. The receiving school will settle the transfer formality with the evidence of the certification of transfer and the student's archive and, when necessary, will carry out a test and a physical examination to the new coming student and decide his/her class by the result.

Applicant's qualification: The transfer of some students, really for special reasons, should be applied for before the beginning of a semester or a academic year. Generally enrollment of new students transferred from othe schools will not be arranged in the middle of a semester.
