2. Those who will transfer their registered permanent residence to the that of their curators must supply the permission certification of the new residence registration by their curators.
Transaction procedure: 1. The school will settle the transfer formality of the registered permanent residence for graduates from technical schools uniformly. The school will submit a written application to the bureau in charge (company) with a name list, with three copies.

3. The Vocational Skills Development Section of municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau will issue a "Certification Letter for the Application of Registered Permenant Residence".

Applicant's qualification: 1. After the job allocation for those technical school students recruited originally from municipal farms, municipal farms at other places and other places and those with registered permanent residence at rural towns of Shanghai or from farmer family (already have the changed registered permanent residence from Peasant to Non-peasant ).
2. All those intending to move their registered permanent residence to their curators' must be permitted by the curators at first.
