Application procedure: All relative units will fill in all essential forms or other materials, according to the uniform arrangement by the documentation from Academic Degree Commission of State Department, and submit them to Shanghai Academic Degree Office.
Transaction procedure: 1. Make a communication discussion of the application by the experts in the same trade. 2. Hold a discipline discussion meeting for the result of the communication meeting and if necessary, invite experts for a site investigation. 3. Shanghai Academic Degree Commission will hold a  review meeting with full attendance and submit the result to Academic Degree Commission of State Department. 4. The Academic Degree Commission of State Department will release the result after their confirmation.
