What if a dispute arises between a teacher and the school he or she works with?

Terms in the work contract, wage and welfare and assessment of a teacher given by school authority, are areas where dispute usually arises. When a teacher is changing jobs transferring of the teacher¡¯s achieves (which includes one's previous performance; rewards and punishment at work) can be cause disagreement. In these cases, the two sides negotiate a way through the dispute. If negotiation fails, the teacher may ask for arbitration from the human recourse administration at county or district level. If either side does not agree with the arbitration, they may ask for further discussion, or file a lawsuit to the court.
