Teachers are encouraged to take advanced study to improve themselves. So, you
may first work out detail studying plan and schedule, and discuss with the
school authority. They will give suggestion on what course you actually take
depending on what course you teach. The school may also allow some shift of
office hour in accordance with your studying schedule, and in some cases,
support you on the tuition. These all depend on the ranking and performance at
work. Advanced studying is leveled as: training for new teachers; teaching
technique training; training that issue degree; training for outstanding
teachers. Teachers may attend advanced study at either the school they work
for, or schools of advanced study in the district/county, or Party schools, or
institutions of higher leanings. They can also study aboard. Teachers can attend
either full-time or part-time advanced studying, as long as they reach agreement
with the school they work for. |
