Can undergraduate students change majors or transfer from one faculty or educational institution to another? If so, how?
(01/15/2003)

To do this a student needs a recommendation from the current major, faculty or institution along with approval from the one he wishes to enter. The transfer must also be authorized by the university authority.

A transfer between universities must be authorized by the municipal education committee. Cross-province transfers must be authorized by both provinces in question.

You need to provide the following when applying for a transfer:
1. Formal application for transfer
2. A list of enrollment (with official seal) from the institution you are transferring to
3. School report cards and transcripts
4. For transfers made necessary by illness, certificate of illness
5. For transfer based on talent in a certain field, awards and prizes evidencing your ability
