Travel agencies of other provinces/municipalities apply to establish branches without legal person qualification within the Municipality shall meet the following requirements:

1. Receive more than 100,000 tourists each year;

2. Rank national top 100 travel agencies;

3. With necessary management, operation personnel;

4. With added registered capital and quality guarantee money in line with related regulations. Branch travel agency applying to operate domestic tourism business shall additionally hand in 150, 000 Yuan registered capital; hand in additional 50, 000 Yuan quality guarantee money.

1, Upon establishing branch, travel agency shall obtain testimonial document of receiving more than 100, 000 tourists each year from the original approving tourism administrative department;

2. Branch travel agency applying to operate domestic tourism business shall hand in quality guarantee money to the district/county tourism administrative department of the established area, and go through related formalities according to corresponding national regulations.
