(I) Citizen of People’s Republic of China with full civil capacity;

(II) Love the motherland; abide by laws and regulations;

(III) Travel agency personnel who can substantially assume team leader responsibility;

(IV) Master the related situations of tourist destination countries and regions.

Team leader certificate shall be applies to the municipal tourism administrative commission by team-organizing agency, and submit the following documents: registration form of team leader applicants; competent team leader testimonial issued by team-organizing agency; professional training testimonial of the applicants; employment contract of formal employee, travel agency’s“four funds”receipts for the applicants. Within 15 working days after receiving the application documents, tourism administrative department shall issue team leader certificate to qualified staff, and register for filing.
