1. Holding Driver License of Motor Vehicles;

2. Less than 60 years old;

3. Theory trainer: shall have education in automobile or relevant majors of technical school or above, or intermediate technical titles or above of relevant fields, with safe driving experience of above 2 years, be familiar with laws and regulations on road transport safety, driving theory, structure of motor vehicles, psychology of traffic safety and common first-aid, know basics on education, such as fundamentals on pedagogy and educational psychology, and be capable of compiling teaching notes and giving proper lectures;

Trainer of driving operation: shall have education in automobile or relevant majors of technical school, high school or above, with certain experience in safe driving and driving the vehicle models, be familiar with laws and regulations on road transport safety, driving theory, structure of motor vehicles, psychology of traffic safety and fundamentals on emergency driving, as well as vehicle maintenance and the diagnosis of common failures, environmental protection and energy saving, and capable of explaining the driving skills, demonstrating the driving operations and guiding the driving;

Trainer of road passenger & goods transportation: shall have education in automobile or relevant majors of junior college or above, or senior technical titles or above of relevant field, be familiar with laws and regulations on road passenger and goods transportation, as well as knowledge on maintenance of motor vehicles, loading/unloading/storage of goods and first-aid of passengers, capable of giving trainings with training experience of common motor vehicle drivers of 2 years or above, and with no negative training records in the past 2 years;

Trainer of hazardous goods transportation: shall have education in chemical engineering or relevant majors of junior college or above, or senior technical titles or above of relevant field, be familiar with laws and regulations on transportation of hazardous goods, the characteristics of hazardous chemicals, the usage of containers, occupational security and emergency first-aid, capable of giving trainings with training experience of chemical engineering or relevant majors of 2 years or above, and with no negative training records in the past 2 years.

1. Driver License of Motor Vehicles, ID and photocopy;

2. Education certificates and photocopies;

3. Certificate of safe driving experiences;

4. 2 copies of 1”colored digital photos of the applicant;

5. Application Form of Trainer Qualification Examination Registration of Motor Vehicles Driving (refer to Annex VI) 3 copies.
