1. Less than 60 years old;

2. Education of middle school or higher;

3. Experience of 3 years or above in business management in road goods transportation, or 5 years or above in economic management, and at least 3 months of rehearsal of emergency accident handling of hazardous goods. Those engaged in toxic, radioactive or explosive transportation shall have 2 years of experience in safe transportation of hazardous goods, be healthy and with no criminal records;

4. Familiar with laws and regulations on the road transportation of hazardous goods, professional knowledge on hazardous goods and practical operation of loading/unloading, the emergency handling of hazardous goods accidents, organization of transportation, configuration of transport vehicles, etc.

1. ID and photocopy of the applicant;

2. 2 copies of 1”colored digital photos of the applicant;

3. Application Registration Form of Occupational Qualification of Road Hazardous Goods Transportation (refer to Annex XI).

The above materials shall be prepared by the hazardous goods transportation agency of the applicant.

1. The fee of theory examination shall be collected according to the standard stipulated by the price administration;

2. Operation License of Hazardous Goods Transportation: 5 CNY/copy.
