1. Holding Driver License of Motor Vehicles;

2. Less than 60 years old;

3. Holding the Occupational Qualification of Common Road Goods Transportation for more than 2 years;

4. Familiar with familiar with laws and regulations on the road transportation of hazardous goods, fundamentals of hazardous chemicals, and special requirements on the vehicles and facilities of the transportation of hazardous goods;

5. Those engaged in toxic, radioactive or explosive transportation shall have 2 years of experience in safe transportation of hazardous goods, be healthy and with no criminal records.

1. The applicant Driver License of Motor Vehicles, ID and photocopy;

2. Occupational Qualification of Common Road Goods Transportation of 2 years or above;

3. 2 copies of 1”colored digital photos of the applicant;

4. Registration Application Form of Qualification of Commercial Road Transportation Drivers (refer to annex V).

The above materials shall be prepared by the hazardous goods transportation agency of the applicant.
