1. Less than 60 years old;

2. Education of middle school or higher;

3. Familiar with laws and regulations on the road transportation of hazardous goods, procedure of loading/unloading, characteristic of the transported hazardous chemicals, hazards and emergency measures, as well as the emergency facilities and protection equipments required for the transportation of hazardous chemicals;

4. Those engaged in toxic, radioactive or explosive transportation shall have 2 years of experience in safe transportation of hazardous goods, be healthy and with no criminal records.

1. ID and photocopy of the applicant;

2. Education certificate of middle school or higher of the applicant;

3. 2 copies of 1”colored digital photos of the applicant;

4. Application Registration Form of Occupational Qualification of Road Hazardous Goods Transportation (refer to Annex XI).

The above materials shall be prepared by the hazardous goods transportation agency of the applicant.

1. The fee of theory and driving operation examinations shall be collected according to the standard stipulated by the price administration;

2. Operation License of Hazardous Goods Transportation: 5 CNY / copy.
