1. Submit materials to the Municipal Transport Administration:

Transfer formalities of the inspector

Manpower of inspectors for the application organization

Qualifications of the inspector

Examination the inspector’s integrity

2. After the Municipal Transport Administration assessed and approved on spot, the Shanghai Inspector Certificate of Motor Vehicles Maintenance can be received at the Reception Center with required certificates.

3. The Reception Center will deliver a record and transfer it to the Transport Administration with 10 days after delivery and completion.
