1. Permanent Residence registration of Shanghai
2. Education of middle school or above
3. Holding Driver License of Motor Vehicles issued by public security bureau
of Shanghai (probation period finished)
4. Qualified in occupational training of taxicabs
5. Holding qualified passenger vehicles and required fund
6. Having compliant parking lot
7. Holding trust management certificate issued by taxicab operation
enterprises accredited by governmental agencies such as municipal transport
bureau
8. Abiding by laws and regulations. People released after labor reeducation
and sentence shall not undertake taxi driver within 5 years
9. Drivers whose qualification of passenger service has been rescinded shall
not undertake taxi driver within 5 years as of the date of rescission.

7. Photocopy of Operation License of Shanghai Taxicab (2 years of driving
experience of taxicabs)
8. Certificates of no labor reeducation and sentence within 5 years issued by
executive agencies
9. Certificates issued by trust management enterprises accredited by
governmental agencies such as municipal transport bureau
