The original branches and sub-branches of traffic and patrol police of public
security for the driver¡¯s administration, driver administration organs
(reception¡°counter¡±of the promotion section) of the branches and sub-branches of
traffic and patrol police of public security of the transfer-in location, and
relevant vehicle administration examination fields.
If the certificates, testimonials or letter of introduction are valid and
authentic, the records of safety education complete, the formalities will be
finished on the spot.
If the location of the motor vehicle driver is altered due to change in work
or residence:
Go to the driver administration of branches and sub-branches of traffic and
patrol police of the original district (country) of the driver to get the
Attachment of the Driver Application Form, and bring the Driver License, record
card of safety education (with complete education records), letter of
introduction from the organization (those without an organization shall bring
the ID and certificate of unemployment), and go to the driver administration of
the branches and sub-branches of traffic and patrol police of the transfer-in
location for verification procedures, and go to the affiliate examination field
of vehicle administration for the driver license changing formalities. During
the alteration of Driver License, it shall be ensured that the Driver License
and Record Car of Transport Safety Education of Drivers are complete and valid.
Inspect the certificates, testimonials and letter of introduction; examine
whether the records in the record card of safety education are complete; extract
the Attachment of the Application Form for Motor Vehicle Drivers; the qualified
will be eligible for alteration of driver license
