When the motor vehicle needs suspension due to maintenance or out of usage; if the suspended vehicles needs restoration, it will only be approved after 1 month of suspension (cancellation (discarding) is not restricted).

a. Vehicle suspension: fill the Application Form of Registration and Cancellation of Vehicle Suspension and Restoration with seal of the organization for vehicles of organizations, and signature of the owner for private vehicles. Bring the Registration Certificate of Motor Vehicles (not required if not issued), number plate, Vehicle Registration, Registration Form of Motor Vehicles (copy), and one photo of the vehicle with number plate. If the Vehicle Registration or license plate of the discarded vehicle is lost, the formalities of license plate reissue shall also be finished

Vehicle restoration: fill the Application Form of Registration and Cancellation of Vehicle Suspension and Restoration with seal of the organization for vehicles of organizations, and signature of the owner for private vehicles. Bring the Registration Certificate of Motor Vehicles or the Certificate of Motor Vehicle Suspension and one photo of the vehicle with number plate.

For the suspension formalities of motor vehicles, the number plate of the motor vehicle, Vehicle Registration and Registration Form of Motor Vehicles (copy) shall be collected and sign the Registration Certificate of Motor Vehicles. For those without the Registration Certificate of Motor Vehicles, sign the Certificate of Motor Vehicle Suspension to be kept by the owner as the certificate for future restoration, transfer, discarding and cancellation. For the restoration formalities of motor vehicles, collect the Certificate of Motor Vehicle Suspension or sign the Registration Certificate of Motor Vehicles. Finally the license issue organ will input relevant information into the computer, and issue the license plate, Vehicle Registration and Registration Form of Motor Vehicles (copy).
