Within 3 months before the expiration of the Driver License, the license holder can go to the vehicle administration for renewal with valid Driver License. Should the holder cannot go for renewal on time due to special reasons, he shall apply for advanced or postponed renewal. d. Fill the Application Form for Renewal of Driver License of Motor Vehicles;

The renewal of Driver License will be handled by the driver license reception counter of Dabaishu Vehicle Inspection Field of the Vehicle Management Agency.
