The application of pledge registration of motor vehicles and pledge release in advance will be finished in 1 working day. (20 vehicles or less)

The pledged vehicles shall have the Registration Certificate of Motor Vehicles. The following materials are required:

A. Registration Certificate of Motor Vehicles;

B. Motor Vehicle Registration (original copy);

C. Identification of the pledger (original copy);

D. Identification of pledge and its deputy (original copies and photocopies);

E. Main contract and the pledge contract (namely the loan contract and load mortgage contract). If the pledgee is not a band, the main contract and the pledge contract shall be notarized;

F. A set of monotypes of the engine number and vehicle identification code (chassis code);

A. Fill the Application Form of Pledge / Cancellation of Motor Vehicles, and the pledger and pledgee shall stamp the seal of the organization (signature by the owner for private vehicles). In the column of identification, organizations shall fill the enterprise code or code of the business license, and individuals shall fill the ID number;

B. The inspection unit of motor vehicles verifies the vehicles;

C. When the pledge contract is fulfilled to the termination date of the pledge, the parties shall bring the Registration Certificate of Motor Vehicles, the original copies and photocopies of the identifications of the pledger, the pledgee and the deputy, fill the Application Form of Pledge / Cancellation of Motor Vehicles for formalities of cancellation of the pledge registration.

The pledge registration of motor vehicles will be received by the Archive section, vehicle administration of Headquarter of Traffic and Patrol Police, Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau. After reception, the relevant information will timely input into the computer and documents timely archived.
