The driver administration organs (reception“counter”of the promotion section) of the local branches and sub-branches of traffic and patrol police of public security of the driver’s organization (or according to the ID if unemployed).

If the certificates, testimonials or letter of introduction are authentic and valid, the formalities will be handled on the spot.

After the probation driver passes the motor vehicle driver examinations by vehicle administration, before applying for formal Driver License: he/she shall bring the Training Certificate of Driver License of Motor Vehicles of P. R. China, and valid certificates, testimonials or letter of introduction that can identify the administrative relationships to the driver administration of branches and sub-branches of traffic and patrol police of the driver’s organization (or according to the ID if unemployed), get and fill the Attachment of Application Form of Motor Vehicle Drivers. Within 1 week after receiving the formal Driver License, the Attachment shall be delivered to the executive branches and sub-branches of traffic and patrol police.

Inspect the relevant certificates, testimonials and letter of introduction of the organization; issue the Attachment of Application Form of Motor Vehicle Drivers, and stamp the administration confirmation seal; the qualified new drivers will be registered.
