Non-motor Vehicle Administration of branch bureaus of public security of
districts and Public Security Bureau of counties
The formalities of loss of number plate and reissue license plate can only be
performed 2 weeks after the report of loss. The loss of Vehicle Registration
will be finished on the day.
Owner of the manpower tricycle
a. If the number plate of the vehicle is lost, the owner shall take the
vehicle, the Vehicle Registration and identification of the owner to the
original license issue organ (non-motor vehicle administration) for reissue;
b. If the Vehicle Registration is lost, the owner shall take the vehicle, the
number plate, and identification of the owner (certificate by the organization
for organizational use) to the original license issue organ (non-motor vehicle
administration) for reissue;
c. If the number plate and Vehicle Registration are lost at the same time,
the owner shall take the identification of the owner (certificate by the
organization for organizational use) to the original license issue organ
(non-motor vehicle administration) for reissue;
d. If the license plate is damaged and cannot be used, reissue formalities
can be performed with the original license plate.
(1) A new number will be reissued if the license plate of the manpower
tricycle is lost, and the original number will be used if the plate is damaged;
(2) If the number plate of the vehicle is lost, the owner shall take the
vehicle, the Vehicle Registration and identification of the owner to the
original license issue organ (non-motor vehicle administration) for reissue.
When the vehicle is inspected to be qualified, the officer will note the date
and name of the officer in the reissue column of the registration form, and
reissue the license plate;
(3) If the Vehicle Registration is lost, the owner shall take the vehicle,
the number plate, and identification of the owner (certificate by the
organization for organizational use) to the original license issue organ
(non-motor vehicle administration) for reissue. After verifying the registration
form, the officer will reissue Vehicle Registration, and note the date and
characters ofˇ°reissueˇ±in the Vehicle Registration and note the date and name of
the officer in the reissue column of the registration form;
(4) If the number plate and Vehicle Registration are lost at the same time,
the owner shall take the identification of the owner (certificate by the
organization for organizational use) to the original license issue organ
(non-motor vehicle administration) for reissue. After verifying the registration
form, the officer will conduct according to paragraph 2 and 3, and attach the
certificate to the registration form;
(5) If the license plate is damaged and cannot be used, reissue formalities
can be performed with the original license plate with similar measures.
