After receiving the advice of Special Training Course of Road Traffic Accidents issued by the accident handling agencies, go to the driver administration of the branches and sub-branches of traffic and patrol police of the district or county for registration and stamping seals, and go to the branch of transport safety education institute of the accident location.

Inspect the main copy of the Driver License and the Notice of Training Course of Accidents, input the accident record into the computer, stamp a confirmation seal on the Notice of Training Course of Accidents and deliver to the driver. Inform the driver to go to the branch of transport safety education institute of the accident location and pass the examination.
