Motorcycles will be banned from certain downtown streets throughout the day. However, post offices and delivery company motorcyles will be allowed to run in designated areas. The municipal Public Security Bureau has determined that for one month after the regulation comes into force, transportation officers will rely mainly on education and persuasion to encourage compliance.
