What are the regulations on railway passengers?

1. Passengers are prohibited from carrying explosives and flammable items, such as gasoline, alcohol, firecrackers and detonators;
2. Passengers are prohibited from carrying products and animals that may pose sanitation problems on trains;
3. Industrial and daily care products carried on trains must meet the country's related regulations;
4. Passengers mustn't carry luggage heavier than 20 kilograms, with the sum of its length, width and height no longer than 160 cm.  The total sum can be no longer than 80 cm on double-decker trains.  Children may not carry on luggage heavier than 10 kilograms, and diplomatic agents may not carry on luggage heavier than 35 kilograms. They can check luggage that exceeds the weight limit.  Shoulder baskets on poles are not allowed on trains.
5. Children between 1.1 and 1.4 meters tall receive a 50 percent fare discount.
