Construction Land Approval Letter (Land transfer contract);

Construction project planning certificate and the attached construction project overall layout drawing, construction project item list;

Record files for completion and acceptance of house project construction, record files for completion and acceptance of independent public building construction.

Construction project completion report for house auxiliary business market, which was designed to be completed at the same time with house project, however cannot be finished simultaneously with house project;

Acceptance qualification certificate for auxiliary construction such as water, electricity, gas, cable TV, telephone communication and broadband data transmission information portal connected to household;

Rain and waste water drainage approval file issued by relevant authorities, or the consent document issued by the water and environment protection departments with clear temporary drainage deadline when temporary drainage measures have to be taken due to objective conditions;

House construction auxiliary fee receipt or project contract use certificate;

Construction project completion planning and acceptance qualification certificate (except not fully completed newly-built house project);

House door number approval document and appended drawing;

High-rise house fire hydrant acceptance qualification certificate;

Elevator acceptance and checking report; House and land ownership investigation report;

Shanghai Newly-built House Quality Guarantee Letter and Instructions for Use of Newly-built House

1. The applicant (construction unit of the newly-built house) submits materials, the handling department receives the document and issue receipt; 2. Checked by the management department for delivery of use; 3. Approved by person in charge in the municipal, district and county bureau; 4. The handling department informs and issues the license after handling.
