Pre-sale money Supervision Agreement signed with municipal real estate project capital supervision institute;

Commodity house pre-sale plan (including salesperson post certificate and promise letter);

Relevant testimonial of auxiliary materialization in water, electricity, coal, etc., testimonial of the project’s inclusion in House Construction Planning and Shanghai House Construction Auxiliary Fee Exclusive Receipt or contract use testimonial, project lower than 7 floor shall also submit testimonial of inclusion in House Construction Completion Auxiliary Planning Project List;

House use agreement, initial property management bid testimonial and the initial property management service contract signed with the employed property management company, configuration material of property management and owner committee house, qualification certificate of property management company;

Sales price and extent of fluctuation;

Real estate development enterprise input all required information according to the requirements of Real Estate Market Information Management System, market management department pre-check the information; 1. The enterprise submits material, then the handling division accept, register and issue receipt; 2. Market management department approve and handle the issue; 3. The handling division informs and issues the results after handling.
