What difference lies between assurance fee of accumulation loan and insurance of commercial loan?
(01/17/2004)

Assurance fee of accumulation loan actually consists of loan assurance and loan insurance. Loan assurance means that during the assurance period, debtor can be exempted from the debt if any accident occurs to him and results his death, and the debtor can be remitted of forfeit if he becomes underprivileged. Loan insurance covers the same range of insurance for commercial loan. In contrast, insurance for commercial loan functions just as property insurance, but without the functions of assurance mentioned above.
