The previous registration fee for presell contract has
been cancelled in the newly issued charging standard, a forenotice registration
fee is employed instead. If consumers buy a house finished in future or transfer
the house to be delivered, they can do forenotice registration at registration
organ before getting priority of the house. In other words, even if the
situation occurs that one apartment is sold to two buyers, the consumer can
efficiently protect his own right by depending on forenotice registration,
which, evidently, is helpful to protect the interest of consumers.
