What should be the identity of owners whose houses are considered to have been reformed mistakenly?

The owner has to have one of the following identities during the socialist reform: Overseas Chinese, relatives of overseas Chinese (spouse, children and parents of overseas Chinese in China), overseas Chinese who has returned to China, overseas Chinese students who study in China.
