(2) Re-examination: the related district office takes 15 working days to re-examine the file
(3) Proclamation: the general situation of applicants who meet the requirements is proclaimed in their registered residence
(4) Registration: applicants are registered if no objection is raised within 15 days. If one is raised, it takes 20 working days to verify it and make decisions.
