The examination decision shall be made within 20 working days after the
health authorities accept the application
The applicant is not in nursing position, yet he can apply for nurse
practicing qualification if conforming to the following conditions:
1. Obtain technical title above nurse before January 1, 1994;
2. Qualified for the national nurse practicing qualification exam or
qualified for exam exemption;
3. Qualified for health professional technical qualification certificate
(nursing) exam, and obtain the health professional technical qualification
certificate (nursing) issued by the ministry of Personnel after 2003.

1. Nurse first registration application form (Individual application shall
fill in an additional Nurse first registration application form)
2. Applicants obtaining nurse title before January 1, 1994 shall submit the
nurse certificate obtained before January 1, 1994 or title certification form in
personnel archive, applicants obtaining nurse title after January 1, 1994 shall
submit the qualification result sheet of National Nurse Practicing Exam or the
health professional technical qualification certificate (nursing) obtained after
2003;
3. Applicant qualified for exam exemption shall provide diploma of nursing
major graduation above three-year college of higher education medical schools;
4. Replicate copy of identity credentials
5. 1 recent small 2-inch photo (front without hat) (another photo stick on
the Nurse first registration application form by the applicant)
