All medical institutions in the system are authorized to provide medical treatment by the sanitation administration, and are approved by the medical insurance bureau of the Shanghai Municipality. All drugstores in the system are approved by the Pharmaceutical Supervision Bureau and the Medical Insurance Bureau.
