Patients and their families can report medical accident cases to the district medical associations and ask for a medical evaluation.
If the patient is not satisfied by the district evaluation they can appeal to the municipal medical association for further evaluation. Such an appeal must be made within 15 days of the day when the district evaluation report was received by the patient.
