Where a Taiwan resident loses his Pass for Taiwan Compatriots Traveling to and from Inland Areas or other travel certificates in Shanghai, hence applying for reissue of a new pass or certificate, he shall present the following materials:

1. To present for examination the certification on temporary residence in Shanghai or the evidence on his accommodating in hotels or guesthouses in Shanghai;

2. To submit an application form which he has completed;

3. To present the valid identity certification on his being Taiwan residents;

4. To submit 3 of his 2”full-faced colored pictures which are taken recently;

5. To submit the evidence on report of the loss;

6. Other certifications assumed to be submitted by the entry-exit administration organs.

The application is accepted by Entry-Exit Administration Bureau of Shanghai and the one getting approval shall be issued a Pass for Taiwan Compatriots Traveling to and from Inland Areas which is valid for one trip.

Administration Methods on Chinese Citizens Going to and fro Taiwan Region

Pass for Taiwan Compatriots Traveling to and from Inland Areas (valid for one trip): 50 RMB for one pass; it is 20RMB for an endorsement, an extension endorsement and an endorsement of temporary residence respectively; it is 100RMB for a multiple-journey endorsement.
