A:The administrative body for reconsideration shall, within two months after the day of receiving the reconsideration application, make its reconsideration decision, except as otherwise provided for in the laws and regulations.
If the reconsideration case is too complicated to make a decision within two months, with approval from the administrative body for reconsideration the time period can be prolonged for no longer than a month. Both the defending party and the applicant shall be informed of the extension.
