Explanation by gas suppliers For those applying for temporary transportation,
the public security and fire protection departments will handle the application
on the spot, and issue a Permit to Transport Flammable and Explosive Chemical
Products to institutions determined qualified. For those applying for
long-term transporation, the department will handle the application within seven
