How do institutions transporting dangerous chemical products apply for a Permit to Transport Flammable and Explosive Chemical Products?

They should complete the Application for the Permit to Transport Flammable and Explosive Chemical Products at the public security and fire protection department and they should submit the below materials:
1. An official letter from the institution
2. The Motor Vehicle Driving Permit of the vehicles that will transport the products
3. Permits of the driver and cargo supervisor involved in the transportation of dangerous chemical products
4. Explanation of the nature, quantity of products to be transported and the main transportation route.
5. Certificate of vehicles carrying liquified gas
6. Explanation by gas suppliers
For those applying for temporary transportation, the public security and fire protection departments will handle the application on the spot, and issue a Permit to Transport Flammable and Explosive Chemical Products to institutions determined qualified.
For those applying for long-term transporation, the department will handle the application within seven days after receiving the application.
