What kinds of people are prohibited from leaving the country?

Five kinds of people:
1. Defendants in criminal cases and suspects targeted by public security authorities or the courts
2. People who are informed by the people's court that they cannot leave the country because of civil cases which have not yet been decided.
3. People who are still serving a sentence
4. People who are still receiving re-education through labor
5. People whose departure from the country is deemed a threat to national security or detrimental to the country's interests by a main body of the State Council.
