1. Application Statement of talent introducing unit (including enterprise business licenses or original business legal person registration certification);

2. Application Form of Introducing Personnel;

3. Qualification certificate of introduced personnel’s professional and technical title;

4. Education certificate of introduced personnel;

5. Recognition certification of introduced personnel’s conditions;

6. Official letter of mobilizing approved by other province (original);

7. Recent Physical Examination Form of introduced personnel;

8. Political performance and professional assessment of introduced personnel (original);

9. Materials proving professional ability of introduced personnel such as, awarding, monograph, thesis and relative department’s materials;

10. Copies of Mobilizing and companying personnel’s ID card, moving out and moving in address of residence registration, name of police station, and certification of agreement on settlement by the householder;

11. Other necessary certification materials.

1. Unit introducing expert shall prepare all necessary reporting materials and submit them to nearest processing department;

2. Process department shall go through initial examination and checking;

3. Shanghai Personnel Bureau will reexamine, verify, and feed back results to processing department;

4. Processing department will notify hosting unit to go through relative department procedures.
