The labourers can notify the employers to revoke the labour contracts at any moment where (1) they are during the probation periods; (2) the employers force the labourers to work by means of violence, threat or illegal restraint of personal liberty; and/or (3) the employers fails to pay the labour rewards or provide the working conditions in accordance with the terms under the labour contracts.
