Jobless people who meet one of the following three quirements:
(1) Those with local permanent residence unwilling to stop working and who have paid unemployment insurance premiums for no more than one year during their working days and who are really suffering from difficulties in their life
(2) People for whom the time period to get unemployment premiums expired while they were suffering from serious illness and who were unable to work for a short term or handle difficulties in their life
(3) Local contract workers who were previously farmers working for at least one year without interruption in companies or units that have paid unemployment premiums, if their contract has terminated and they have no income after returning to the countryside and are suffering from difficulties in their lives.
The unemployment subsidies, based on the minimum living standard of local residents (280 yuan a month for each person), are offered for one to six months.
