The "Labor Handbook" is used to record the employment, job changes,
unemployment, training and unemployment premiums of workers. All the workers
with local permanent residence should use the labor handbook system. (1)
District or county-level job agencies must enter a record in the "Labor
Handbook" on the starting day of the labor contract when handling employment
registration (2) Employers should record the date of terminating the labor
relationship with employees and enter their seal. (3) Training units,
district or county-level job agencies and sub-district labor service institutes
enter records in the training column of the "Labor Handbook" (4) District or

records in the column for unemployment premiums in the "Labor
