1. Hand in the application to cancel along with your subscription receipt to the postal office where your newspaper and magazine is distributed.  You must pay a 0.5-yuan charge to cancel the subscription.

2. Group subscribers should hand in written confirmation from the company or organization. For every publication withdrawn a 0.5-yuan procedure fee is charged.
