Timely examination and approval (no regulations on the basis of examination and approval)

(1) Participate in the judicial exam of this year;

(2) Obtain qualified achievement.

Note: when applying for and getting the legal profession certificate, the applicant shall honestly fill in legal profession certificate application form, and submit the following documents (all with A4 size paper): (1) Notice on the result of this year’s judicial exam; (2) the original of the applicant’s ID card. Academic credential (returned after checking) and replicate copies.

The applicant shall submit application to the municipal judicial bureau in prescribed time, and the municipal judicial bureau will conduct preliminary examination. For those qualified, report to the Ministry of Justice for filing and issue certificate, for those disqualified, make decision of not issuing legal profession qualification certificate and report to the Ministry of Justice for filing.
