Person conforming to the following conditions, passing the national practicing qualification exam for basic level legal service workers and having been confirmed by the municipal judicial bureau, can obtain basic level legal service worker practicing certificate:

（１）Uphold the constitution; Abide by laws, with the rights to vote and to be voted;

（２）Academic diploma above senior middle school or intermediate vocational school;

（３）Good moral conduct; Healthy

Note: credentials to be provided for the confirmation of obtaining practicing qualification through exam:

（１）Identify, residence and diploma;

（２）Moral conduct appraisal documents of related units;

（３）Other documents required by the municipal judicial bureau.

National practicing qualification exam for basic level legal service workers, organized by the Ministry of Justice, held by the municipal judicial bureau; the qualification standard of national practicing qualification exam for basic level legal service workers is decided by the Ministry of Justice while the municipal judicial bureau is in charge of confirmation.
