Under what conditions can economic disputes be resolved through arbitration?
(01/15/2003)

For economic disputes to be handled through arbitration, there must be an arbitration agreement with the content agreed by both sides. Neither side is allowed to pressure the other to make the agreement. The arbitration committee will not accept the case without an arbitration agreement. When people apply for arbitration it effectively prevents them from appealing to the court.
