Organs accepting complaints of consumers: Consumer Complaint Center of Shanghai (hotline of 12315), the Department of Consumer Rights and Interests Protection of Shanghai Consumer Association and of all branches as well as administrative offices on industry and commerce on grass root dispatched by all branches.
