What are procedures and range for consumers to file in a complaint?
(02/17/2004)

When consumers legal rights and interests are impaired in their purchasing and using goods and receiving services, they can file in a complaint by writing or dialing 12315, or complain directly to consumers association. In complaining, complainers should give to consumers association their names, addresses, telephone numbers and those of the units being complained, and clearly state the fact that their interest and rights are impaired, i.e., name, price of purchased goods, service content and the course of negotiation. Without permission from consumers association, complainers should keep original invoice or physical goods, but not mail them with the complaint letter so as to prevent the evidence from being lost.

Range of complaints accepted by consumers association includes issues concerning quality, price, sanitation, safety, specifications and measurement, instructions, package and advertisement of consumer goods for daily life or services purchased by consumers.
