To what items should consumers pay attention in buying goods or receiving services?

Consumers should pay attention to the following items when they are buying goods or receiving services: (1) Logo on products and package. Don't buy products without name of manufacturers, address and instructions, and for some goods, consumers should pay special attention if there are labels of price, quality and expiring date, etc. (2) When purchasing household appliance, they should test the goods at site, ask for receipt and voucher for guarantee in three aspects: for repair, exchange and refund. (3) Pay attention to price label. (4) Don't buy the goods sold at reduced prices, especially the durable consumer goods; (5) Be especially cautious to those for which advance payment is to be done. (6) Don't believe in advertisement. Without any knowledge of reliable information on the advertised goods, don't remit money for mail order of the goods. (7) A contract of written form should be signed before consumers purchase goods of large sum of money such as commercial houses or automobile, etc., and examine qualifications and business licenses of operators, etc
